Christy is a critical part of the M&K team, prioritizing the client experience, while being a trusted resource and helping clients with the planning aspect of their financial journey. She enjoys simplifying investment management and financial planning for clients by helping them gain knowledge to alleviate burdens and empower financial freedom.
Christy has always been an advocate for education and the many benefits it can provide. After graduating from Ball State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education, she spent seven years in the classroom sharing her passion for education through teaching.
After shifting careers in 2017, Christy welcomed the hurdles of learning the financial industry, markets, and rules of investing. She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, Accident & Health, Life, Variable Life & Annuity Insurance License, along with Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.
Christy resides in Pendleton and is an extraordinary mother to her two young children Nora and Murphy. Together they love spending time with family, crafting, park-hoping, going to the library and playing with their dog Bourbon.
